Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, our delivery timescales may be slightly longer than usual and subject to a short delay. We are working closely with our delivery partners during this time to keep disruption to delivery timescales to an absolute minimum.
Costs are calculated and displayed at the checkout and are determined by the weight of the products you have ordered. Delivery costs within the UK.
We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return your item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept items that may have been used or opened.
Good must be in the same saleable condition as they were in on delivery to you.
Please contact our customer service team at email@example.com before returning any Goods. If we agree that you may return the Goods, these should be sent, postage paid to us. We will supply an address for you to send these to.
The cost of returning the item is payable by the customer unless being returned due to our negligence. Please ensure the item is packaged securely and we advise that you use a recorded delivery service and retain the proof of postage as we can't accept liability for goods that may get lost in transit.
Upon receipt of the Goods, we will inspect them and if they are not in a Saleable Condition (as determined by UK Sanitiser acting reasonably), we will not accept the return or reimburse any amounts already paid by you. You will be responsible for providing us with the costs of redelivery to you and if you fail to do so within 5 Business Days of returning the Goods to us, we will be entitled to dispose of the Goods in any way we see fit without liability.
It is not compulsory to give a reason for returning your Goods, but it would be appreciated to help us improve our services and products in the future.
Any payments already made for the Goods in respect of which we have accepted the return will be reimbursed.
